We require 24 hours notice to cancel or change an appointment.

Hair extension services require 48 hours notice to cancel or change apointment.

All no shows, late cancellations, and anyone arriving more then 15minutes late will be charged 50% of total services.

note : there are no refund for hair extenions applications. there is a 50% deposit and there is no refund on the deposit. if you need to move your appointment it must be with 48 hours or if u are more the 30 mins late there is a $500 rebooking .
